• 1/2 cup fresh cream
• 2 tablespoons honey

Recipe

• 1 blend the honey and the cream. add more or less honey, according to your taste.
• 2 serve with flat bread or if available with barbari (iranian brread).
• 3 variations: instead of honey use dates or cocoa powder.
