Kielbasa And Potatoes

Total Time: 55 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 45 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 2 (5 1/4 ounce) packages au gratin potatoes
  • 1 medium onion, peeled and sliced thin
  • 1 3/4 cups milk
  • 4 cups boiling water
  • 1 lb kielbasa
  • 1 (10 ounce) package frozen peas

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 400°.
  • 2 combine potatoes, sauce mix (from package) and onion in a 3-quart baking dish. stir in milk and water. bake uncovered 15 minutes.
  • 3 make cuts 1-inch apart and about 1/2-inch deep into kielbasa with a sharp knife.
  • 4 stir peas into potato mixture; place kielbasa on top.
  • 5 bake 30 minutes or until potatoes are tender and kielbasa is lightly browned.
  • 6 place kielbasa on a small platter and cut into serving size pieces.
  • 7 serve potatoes from baking dish. .
