Ingredients

- 2 (5 1/4 ounce) packages au gratin potatoes
- 1 medium onion, peeled and sliced thin
- 1 3/4 cups milk
- 4 cups boiling water
- 1 lb kielbasa
- 1 (10 ounce) package frozen peas
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 400°.
- 2 combine potatoes, sauce mix (from package) and onion in a 3-quart baking dish. stir in milk and water. bake uncovered 15 minutes.
- 3 make cuts 1-inch apart and about 1/2-inch deep into kielbasa with a sharp knife.
- 4 stir peas into potato mixture; place kielbasa on top.
- 5 bake 30 minutes or until potatoes are tender and kielbasa is lightly browned.
- 6 place kielbasa on a small platter and cut into serving size pieces.
- 7 serve potatoes from baking dish. .
