Kielbasa Bavarian Skillet Dinner

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 1 lb kielbasa, sliced
- 1 tablespoon chopped onion
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 cup sauerkraut, rinsed
- 2 cups water
- 1 cup rice, uncooked
- 2 teaspoons prepared mustard
- 2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons caraway seeds
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
Recipe
- 1 brown kielbasa in large skillet.
- 2 add onion and garlic and saute until limp.
- 3 stir in remaining ingredients and bring to a boil.
- 4 lower heat, cover and simmer for 30 minutes.
