Kielbasa With Peppers & Potatoes

Total Time: 45 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 16 ounces kielbasa, diced
  • 6 medium red potatoes, diced
  • 1 red pepper, diced
  • 1 green pepper, diced
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese

Recipe

  • 1 heat oil and butter in dutch overn; saute peppers and onions.
  • 2 remove peppers and onion; place sausage and potatoes in pan. cover and cook, about 25 minutes; add broth, stirring occasionally, until potatoes are about 10 minutes from being tender.
  • 3 return peppers and onions to pan, add garlic powder, salt and pepper to taste, continue cooking until potatoes are just tender. stir in 1/2 cup parmesan cheese.
  • 4 serve hot.
