Ingredients

- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 3/4 lb boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into 1 inch chunks
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 (14 1/2 ounce) can chicken broth
- 4 1/2 cups egg noodles, uncooked (6oz.)
- 16 ounces favorite frozen mixed vegetables
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Recipe
- 1 in 5-quart saucepan over medium heat, heat oil.
- 2 sprinkle chicken with garlic powder; cook in oil until no longer pink, about 5 minutes, turning occasionally.
