Last Minute Cheddar Chicken And Noodles

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 25 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 3/4 lb boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into 1 inch chunks
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 (14 1/2 ounce) can chicken broth
  • 4 1/2 cups egg noodles, uncooked (6oz.)
  • 16 ounces favorite frozen mixed vegetables
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Recipe

  • 1 in 5-quart saucepan over medium heat, heat oil.
  • 2 sprinkle chicken with garlic powder; cook in oil until no longer pink, about 5 minutes, turning occasionally.
