Last-minute Lasagna

Total Time: 45 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 35 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1 (24 -26 ounce) jar pasta sauce
  • 2 (16 -18 ounce) bags frozen large cheese ravioli
  • 1 (10 ounce) box chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed to remove excess water
  • 1 (8 ounce) bag shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese

Recipe

  • 1 heat oven to 350°f
  • 2 spoon 1/3 of the pasta sauce into a 9x13 baking dish.
  • 3 place 1/2 the ravioli over sauce in a single layer.
  • 4 top with another 1/3 of the pasta sauce.
  • 5 sprinkle with spinach and 1/2 the mozzarella.
  • 6 add the remaining ravioli in a single layer (you may not need them all).
  • 7 top with remaining sauce and cheeses.
  • 8 cover with foil and bake 25 minutes.
  • 9 uncover and bake until bubbling, about 5-10 minutes.
