- 4 white fish fillets
- mayonnaise
- caramelized onion
- breadcrumbs
Recipe
- 1 place the fish on a foil wrapped cookie sheet.
- 2 slather mayonnaise on fish.
- 3 place sautéed onions on top and sprinkle breadcrumbs on top to cover.
- 4 broil--i can't give you a time, you just have to watch it until the edges are cooked through, and the bread crumbs look fabulous!
