Sweet Cream Cheese Corn

Total Time: 45 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 40 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 16
  • 4 (15 ounce) cans whole kernel corn
  • 4 ounces cream cheese, cubed
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/4 cup milk

Recipe

  • 1 heat oven to 350.
  • 2 open three cans of corn, and put on the bottom of a 2 quart pan.
  • 3 cube up the cream cheese and place on top of the corn.
  • 4 sprinkle the sugar over the top.
  • 5 open the last three cans of corn and cover the cream cheese.
  • 6 cover pan with foil, and bake for 25 minutes.
  • 7 stir after 25 minutes, and add milk.
  • 8 recover with foil, and bake for 10-15 more minutes, stirring every 5 minutes.
  • 9 done once all cream cheese is melted.
