Ingredients

- 3 cups ground meat
- 1 cup peas
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup chopped tomato
- 2 tablespoons garlic paste
- 2 tablespoons ginger paste
- 1 tablespoon red chili powder
- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 tablespoon garam masala
- 1 tablespoon cumin powder
- 2 tablespoons coriander powder
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 4 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
- salt
- water
Recipe
- 1 heat the oil.
- 2 add the onions, garlic and ginger.
- 3 once softened, add the seasonings.
- 4 saute for about 3 minutes and add the peas and tomatoes.
- 5 add the ground meat and cook.
- 6 add water to get the consistency you want.
- 7 add salt to taste.
- 8 cook till done and add the cilantro and mix it.
- 9 serve with bread or rice.
