Kielbasa Bake

Total Time: 45 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 lb kielbasa or 1 lb polish sausage
  • 1 cup roughly chopped onion
  • 1 cup chopped green pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Recipe

  • 1 pre-heat oven to 400f degrees.
  • 2 in a frying pan over medium high heat fry onions and peppers until tender.
  • 3 slice sausage about 1/2 inch thick.
  • 4 fry sausage in pan with peppers and onions for 5-10 minutes.
  • 5 drain off excess fat.
  • 6 pour sausage mixture into a shallow baking dish.
  • 7 bake for 20-30 minutes until crispy.
  • 8 great served with au gratin potatoes or macaroni and cheese.
