Kielbasa Bean Soup

Ingredients
- Servings: 5
- 2 (14 1/2 ounce) cans beef broth
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 large potato, peeled and diced
- 2 carrots, peeled and thinly sliced
- 2 stalks celery, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup diced yellow onion
- 16 ounces kielbasa, thinly sliced
- 2 (11 1/2 ounce) cans campbell's bean with bacon soup
- black pepper, season to taste
Recipe
- 1 in a kettle or dutch oven, add broth, water and vegetables.
- 2 bring to a boil; reduce heat, and simmer for 10 minutes.
- 3 add both cans of soup, and the sliced kielbasa.
- 4 season with black pepper.
- 5 heat through and serve.
- 6 note: when adding carrots, i added 1 cup of sliced baby carrots, and i substituted hillshire farm smoked sausage for the kielbasa.
