Kielbasa Fajitas With Pita Bread

Ingredients

- 14 ounces kielbasa (polish sausage)
- 4 green bell peppers (or use 2 green and 2 red)
- 2 medium onions
- 4 pieces pita bread
- 1 avocado, sliced
Recipe
- 1 cut the sausage into 1/4-inch slices. put slices into a non-stick saucepan or skillet over medium heat.
- 2 chop peppers and onions into pieces about one or two inches square.
- 3 once the oils start to cook out of the kielbasa, add the pepper and onion pieces to the sausage.
- 4 cook, stirring frequently, over medium heat until the pepper is tender.
- 5 heat the pita bread. spoon 1/4 of the sausage mixture on each piece of pita bread. serve with avocado slices.
