Ingredients

- 1 1/2 cups ketchup
- 1 cup apricot preserves
- 2/3 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon mild curry powder or 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
Recipe
- 1 in a food processor or blender, combine the ketchup, preserves, honey, soy sauce and curry powder or ginger.
- 2 pulse the mixture several times to mix.
- 3 scrape down the sides of the bowl and process until the mixture is well blended, about 30 seconds.
