Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 4 cups milk
- 1 cup basmati rice (soaked overnight)
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1 teaspoon cardamom powder
- some dried fruits (almond,raisins)
Recipe
- 1 pour the milk in a boiling pan and bring to a boil then drain the rice and put it in the milk whisking it thorough out ,so that the rice does not stick together . cook on medium heat for about 45 minute.
- 2 add sugar & cardamom powder to the mixture and put it in refrigerator for 4-5 hrs . serve chilled & sprinkle dry fruits before serving.
- 3 if the mixture becomes very thick then add little milk.
