Ingredients
- 3 (15 1/2 ounce) cans kidney beans (drained, not rinsed)
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon vinegar
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 tablespoon sweet pickle relish
Recipe
- 1 mix together in a small bowl the mayonaise, vineger and sugar. set aside.
- 2 combine the kidney beans, onion and sweet relish.
- 3 pour the dressing over the bean mixture.
- 4 gently stir until all is coated evenly.
