Kielbasa And Linguine

Total Time: 45 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1 kielbasa, sliced and cut into pieces
  • 1 tablespoon sunflower oil
  • 1 (8 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup, roasted garlic works best
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Recipe

  • 1 chop the kielbasa into small pieces. i like to cut slices about 1/2 inch thick then cut each slice into 4 pieces.
  • 2 fry the kielbasa in the cooking oil for at least 5 minutes.
  • 3 add the cream of mushroom soup and the spices. bring to a boil then simmer on low heat for 30 minutes.
  • 4 serve over noodles or rice prepared per package instructions.
