Kielbasa And Linguine

Ingredients
- Servings: 6
- 1 kielbasa, sliced and cut into pieces
- 1 tablespoon sunflower oil
- 1 (8 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup, roasted garlic works best
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Recipe
- 1 chop the kielbasa into small pieces. i like to cut slices about 1/2 inch thick then cut each slice into 4 pieces.
- 2 fry the kielbasa in the cooking oil for at least 5 minutes.
- 3 add the cream of mushroom soup and the spices. bring to a boil then simmer on low heat for 30 minutes.
- 4 serve over noodles or rice prepared per package instructions.
