Kristie's Delicious Crab Cakes!!

Ingredients
- 1 lb fresh lump crabmeat
- 2 1/2 cups soft breadcrumbs (ritz crackers, crushed or pulsed in the blender)
- 1 egg, beaten
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/3 cup chopped finely red bell pepper
- 1/3 cup chopped finely yellow bell pepper
- 1/3 cup chopped finely orange bell pepper
- 1/3 cup chopped green onion
- 1 tablespoon seafood seasoning ( or old bay)
- 1 -2 tablespoon minced fresh parsley
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
- 2 teaspoons yellow mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 dash hot pepper sauce
- lemon zest
Recipe
- 1 directions.
- 2 preheat oven 350.
- 3 combine all ingredients in a bowl, hand mix,. refridgerate for 30 minutes
- 4 in a muffin tin or cookie sheet, spray with pam, scoop crab mixture with 1/4 measuring cup, makes
- 5 12 crab cakes.
- 6 bake 20 minutes
- 7 broil for 5-8 minutes or until golden brown.
- 8 serve with lemon slices, and tarter sauce. (optional).
- 9 serve with field green salad.
