Kristie's Delicious Crab Cakes!!

Total Time: 55 mins Preparation Time: 30 mins Cook Time: 25 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 lb fresh lump crabmeat
  • 2 1/2 cups soft breadcrumbs (ritz crackers, crushed or pulsed in the blender)
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/3 cup chopped finely red bell pepper
  • 1/3 cup chopped finely yellow bell pepper
  • 1/3 cup chopped finely orange bell pepper
  • 1/3 cup chopped green onion
  • 1 tablespoon seafood seasoning ( or old bay)
  • 1 -2 tablespoon minced fresh parsley
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
  • 2 teaspoons yellow mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 dash hot pepper sauce
  • lemon zest

Recipe

  • 1 directions.
  • 2 preheat oven 350.
  • 3 combine all ingredients in a bowl, hand mix,. refridgerate for 30 minutes
  • 4 in a muffin tin or cookie sheet, spray with pam, scoop crab mixture with 1/4 measuring cup, makes
  • 5 12 crab cakes.
  • 6 bake 20 minutes
  • 7 broil for 5-8 minutes or until golden brown.
  • 8 serve with lemon slices, and tarter sauce. (optional).
  • 9 serve with field green salad.
