Lamb Ribs

Ingredients
- Servings: 6
- 2 racks lamb rib chops
- 3/4 cup apricot jam
- 3/4 cup ketchup
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder (start with 1/4 tsp of garlic powder)
- 1/4 cup worcestershire sauce
Recipe
- 1 add jam, ketchup, worcester sauce in a bowl and pur over riblets.
- 2 drain riblets during cooking time.
- 3 350 degrees for approximately 1 hours and 15 minutes.
- 4 (you want to see carmelization of the riblets, if you don't see this bake until you do) drain and cut ribs.
- 5 this is so simple, but yet really delicious.
- 6 serve on a hot tray a rose goes very well with this or a sparkling rose.
