Low Fat Fettuccine Alfredo With Veggies

Ingredients
- Servings: 6
- 12 ounces pasta
- 2 cups evaporated skim milk
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 6 tablespoons parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley
- 2 cups vegetables, steamed (your choice, i add broccoli, and cauliflower, sometimes carrots. etc)
- salt and pepper
Recipe
- 1 cook pasta according to directions on package.
- 2 drain.
- 3 place pasta in a large nonstick saute pan along with milk and garlic.
- 4 bring to a simmer.
- 5 stir frequently.
- 6 add cheese.
- 7 continue cooking until cheese melts and sauce thickens.
- 8 stir in parsley, salt and pepper.
- 9 add steamed veggies.
- 10 enjoy!
