Low Fat Ham And Cheese Strata

Ingredients

- 10 -12 ounces crusty italian bread
- 1 cup lean ham
- 1 cup low-fat cheese
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 2 cups low-fat milk
- 2 eggs
- 4 egg whites
- 3 teaspoons dijon mustard
- salt and pepper
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 180 degrees f.
- 2 coat baking dish with cooking spray.
- 3 whisk eggs and egg whites together
- 4 pour over cubed crusty bread in dish.
- 5 add all other ingredients.
- 6 bake for 40 - 45 minutes.
- 7 enjoy!
- 8 note: i cubed the ham and crusty bread and shredded the cheese.
