Low Fat Grilled Cheese

Ingredients

  • 2 slices pepperedge farm light wheat bread
  • 2 tablespoons smart balance butter substitute
  • 1/4 cup fat-free cheddar cheese

Recipe

  • 1 use the smart balance to butter both sides of the bread. more or less than 2 tablespoons may be needed.
  • 2 heat a pan up to medium heat.
