Ingredients
- 1 cup light mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup skim milk
- 1 green onion (finely chopped)
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 1 tablespoon parsley
- 1 garlic clove (finely chopped)
Recipe
- 1 combine all ingredients.
- 2 stir or shake in a closed container until mixed well and the mayonnaise is no longer lumpy.
- 3 refrigerate overnight.
- 4 serve and enjoy!
- 5 you may add more skim milk and/or water to make the dressing more thin if desired.
