Low Fat Healthy Ranch Dressing

Total Time: 10 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 cup light mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup skim milk
  • 1 green onion (finely chopped)
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon parsley
  • 1 garlic clove (finely chopped)

Recipe

  • 1 combine all ingredients.
  • 2 stir or shake in a closed container until mixed well and the mayonnaise is no longer lumpy.
  • 3 refrigerate overnight.
  • 4 serve and enjoy!
  • 5 you may add more skim milk and/or water to make the dressing more thin if desired.
