Spaghetti With Ham And Eggs

Total Time: 36 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 26 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 lb spaghetti
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 lb ham, cooked, diced
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 2 tablespoons cream
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated

Recipe

  • 1 cook spagetti.
  • 2 melt butter in skillet; add ham.
  • 3 drain spagetti; add to ham mixture.
  • 4 add the beaten eggs immediately; the heat from the spagetti will cook the eggs.
  • 5 add cream and parmesan cheese; toss.
  • 6 put lid on skillet; let set for 5 minutes to fully cook the eggs.
