Ingredients

- 1 lb spaghetti
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 lb ham, cooked, diced
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 tablespoons cream
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
Recipe
- 1 cook spagetti.
- 2 melt butter in skillet; add ham.
- 3 drain spagetti; add to ham mixture.
- 4 add the beaten eggs immediately; the heat from the spagetti will cook the eggs.
- 5 add cream and parmesan cheese; toss.
- 6 put lid on skillet; let set for 5 minutes to fully cook the eggs.
