- 250 g wheat flour
- 50 g cracked wheat
- 100 g cornmeal
- 75 g soya flour
- 100 g bacon, diced,fried
- 4 tablespoons mixed herbs
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 300 ml buttermilk
- 50 g margarine
- 21 g yeast (1/2 cube)
Recipe
- 1 mix all ingredients in a kitchen aid.
- 2 let dough rise.
- 3 knead again.
- 4 divide into 4 equal parts.
- 5 roll out fladen, jab with fork.
- 6 bake 25 minutes at 200 °c.
