Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- 5 tablespoons whipping cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 teaspoons cornstarch
- 3 -4 cups flour
- 1/2 cup melted butter
Recipe
- 1 mix the first 6 ingredients together slowly.
- 2 add melted butter.
- 3 test iron for proper heat; water will skittle around.
- 4 bake each side approximately 15 seconds. remove with knife; roll on wooden roller.
- 5 sprinkle with powdered sugar or fill with whipped cream.
- 6 variations: use lemon, almond, or cardamon instead of vanilla.
