Lana's Macaroni Salad

Ingredients

- 1 lb elbow macaroni
- 3 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
- 4 stalks celery, diced
- 2 carrots, grated
- 1/2 medium onion, finely chopped
- 1 1/2 cups frozen peas
- 2 1/2 tablespoons mustard (regular yellow)
- 1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
- 1/2 tablespoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
Recipe
- 1 cook elbow macaroni according to package directions, rinse in a colander and let cool. mix all ingredients together and let chill for a few hours.
