Lasagna Rolls

Ingredients
- 6 lasagna noodles, cooked
- 8 ounces part-skim mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 8 ounces skim milk ricotta cheese
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 1 pinch salt, to taste
- 1 pinch pepper, to taste
- 1 pinch basil, to taste
- 3 cups tomato and basil pasta sauce
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 375 degrees
- 2 spray a 8x8 baking pan with cooking spray.
- 3 mix ricotta cheese, parmasan cheese, egg and seasonings if you are using them.
- 4 spread the cheese mixture on one side of each noodle.
- 5 spread a small amount of sauce on the cheese mixture.
- 6 sprinkle with the mozzarella cheese.
- 7 roll up the lasagna noodles.
- 8 put a small amount of tomato sauce into the bottom of the baking pan.
- 9 lay lasagna rolls into the pan.
- 10 cover with the remaining sauce.
- 11 bake for 30 minutes.
- 12 remove from oven and let sit for 10 minutes before serving.
