Lasagna Mexican Style

Total Time: 1 hr 40 mins Preparation Time: 1 hr Cook Time: 40 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 lbs minced meat
  • 1 medium red onion, chopped
  • 2 teaspoons garlic, crushed
  • 1 (35 g) packet taco seasoning mix
  • 1 tablespoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon sweet paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 medium green pepper
  • 2 (15 ounce) cans whole tomatoes, blended
  • 1/2 cup tomato paste
  • 15 sheets instant lasagna noodles
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
  • 2 ounces butter
  • 1/3 cup plain flour
  • 2 1/2 cups milk
  • 1/3 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese

Recipe

  • 1 heat oil in large pan - add onions and garlic.
  • 2 cook on low heat for 2-3 minutes, until soft.
