Low Fat Cornbread

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 25 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1 cup cornmeal
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup egg substitute
  • 1 cup plain fat-free yogurt

Recipe

  • 1 mix dry ingredients and add the wet.
  • 2 combine and bake in bread pan for 25-30 minutes at 375 degrees.
