Low Fat French Onion Chicken & Potato Bake

Total Time: 1 hr Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 50 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 4 boneless chicken breasts
  • garlic powder
  • black pepper
  • 2 potatoes, peeled and cut in chunks
  • 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can campbell's french onion soup

Recipe

  • 1 heat oven to 350°f
  • 2 season both sides of chicken with garlic powder and pepper.
  • 3 brown in pan sprayed with vegetable spray.
  • 4 place in 8" dish and spray once again with spray.
  • 5 cover chicken with potatoes.
  • 6 pour soup on top, sprinkle with pepper.
  • 7 cover and bake for 40-50 minutes till potatoes are done.
