Kielbasa Chow Mein

Ingredients

- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 lb kielbasa, cubed
- 2 tablespoons water
- 2 (10 ounce) packages frozen chinese vegetables
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons water
- 3 cups hot cooked white rice
- chow mein noodles
Recipe
- 1 saute kielbasa in oil over medium high heat until lightly browned.
- 2 add water and frozen vegetables, cook separating vegetables with a fork until defrosted.
- 3 reduce heat, add soy and cook 4-5 minutes.
- 4 mix cornstarch and water, add to the pan and cook, stirring constantly for about 3 minutes.
- 5 serve over rice and top with chow mein noodles.
