Kielbasa Chow Mein

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1 lb kielbasa, cubed
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 2 (10 ounce) packages frozen chinese vegetables
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 3 cups hot cooked white rice
  • chow mein noodles

Recipe

  • 1 saute kielbasa in oil over medium high heat until lightly browned.
  • 2 add water and frozen vegetables, cook separating vegetables with a fork until defrosted.
  • 3 reduce heat, add soy and cook 4-5 minutes.
  • 4 mix cornstarch and water, add to the pan and cook, stirring constantly for about 3 minutes.
  • 5 serve over rice and top with chow mein noodles.
