Kielbasa Sauce

Ingredients

• 2 lbs kielbasa
• 2 lbs boneless chicken
• 2 lbs sweet italian sausage
• 3/4 cup corn syrup
• 1 cup ketchup
• 1/2 cup mustard
• 1 teaspoon horseradish
• 1/2 teaspoon tabasco sauce
• 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
• 8 ounces tomato sauce
• 2 tablespoons parmesan cheese
• 12 ounces red currant jelly

Recipe

• 1 boil & slice all meat for 1 hour each. save broth of chicken and add 3/4 cup to sauce while simmering. mix all ingredients of sauce & cook on low heat. add meat & continue to simmer for 1 hour.
