Kiwi Fool

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 5 kiwi, peeled
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1 cup whipping cream

Recipe

  • 1 puree kiwi in a blender with 1/4 cup sugar.
  • 2 beat egg whites until foamy.
  • 3 add 1/4 cup sugar and beat until still peaks form.
  • 4 beat whipping cream until stiff.
  • 5 fold in egg whites and kiwi puree.
  • 6 spoon into dessert dishes and freeze.
  • 7 let stand at room temperature 20 minutes before serving.
