Ingredients

- 5 kiwi, peeled
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 egg whites
- 1 cup whipping cream
Recipe
- 1 puree kiwi in a blender with 1/4 cup sugar.
- 2 beat egg whites until foamy.
- 3 add 1/4 cup sugar and beat until still peaks form.
- 4 beat whipping cream until stiff.
- 5 fold in egg whites and kiwi puree.
- 6 spoon into dessert dishes and freeze.
- 7 let stand at room temperature 20 minutes before serving.
