- 4 kiwi fruits, peeled & quartered
- 2 cups seedless grapes, halved
- 2 cups cantaloupes, cubed
- 2 cups honeydew melon, cubed
- 2 cups watermelon, cubed
- 1 cup cottage cheese (optional)
