Kulolo

Total Time: 2 hrs 30 mins Preparation Time: 30 mins Cook Time: 2 hrs

Ingredients

  • Servings: 1
  • 4 cups taro root, grated
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup honey
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 2 ti leaves

Recipe

  • 1 mix all ingredients together except the ti leaves.
  • 2 line loaf pan with foil. place the ti leaves on the foil; cutting to fit the pan.
  • 3 pour the pudding into the pan and cover top with foil. bake 2 hours in 400º oven.
  • 4 remove foil during last half hour to allow pudding to brown.
  • 5 cool and slice into 1/2 inch slices before serving.
