Lángoše

Total Time: 1 hr 5 mins Preparation Time: 1 hr Cook Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 250 g wheat flour
  • 100 g yeast
  • 200 g yellow cheese (preferably cheddar, american cheese or similar)
  • 5 garlic cloves
  • 200 ml milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 cup sunflower oil

Recipe

  • 1 prepare leaven from yeast,8 spoonfuls of milk,3 spoonfuls of flour and sugar. leave it be for 15 minutes.
  • 2 add the leftover flour, salt and milk. form a ball of dough and leave it be for another 30 minutes in a wam place.
  • 3 form four buns and let them sit for 15 minutes. roll them flat.
  • 4 mince the garlic, add some milk, put in the fridge.
  • 5 fry the lángoše on both sides until you get warm gold colour.
  • 6 pour the garlic milk on the lángoš, grate some cheese on it and serve immediately.
