Ingredients

- 250 g wheat flour
- 100 g yeast
- 200 g yellow cheese (preferably cheddar, american cheese or similar)
- 5 garlic cloves
- 200 ml milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 1 cup sunflower oil
Recipe
- 1 prepare leaven from yeast,8 spoonfuls of milk,3 spoonfuls of flour and sugar. leave it be for 15 minutes.
- 2 add the leftover flour, salt and milk. form a ball of dough and leave it be for another 30 minutes in a wam place.
- 3 form four buns and let them sit for 15 minutes. roll them flat.
- 4 mince the garlic, add some milk, put in the fridge.
- 5 fry the lángoše on both sides until you get warm gold colour.
- 6 pour the garlic milk on the lángoš, grate some cheese on it and serve immediately.
