Lactose-free Condensed Milk Substitute

Ingredients

  • 1 cup powdered soymilk
  • 1 1/3 cups boiling water
  • 4 tablespoons margarine
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 cup sugar (optional)

Recipe

  • 1 combine everything in blender; process until smooth and creamy.
  • 2 let stand at room temperature until cooled.
  • 3 store in an airtight container in refrigerator or freezer.
