Lamb, Fetta And Spinach Gozleme

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 150 g ground lamb
- 1 teaspoon crushed garlic
- 1 pinch cumin
- 1 pinch chili flakes
- 4 tablespoons tomato juice
- 50 g baby spinach leaves
- 100 g feta, crumbled
- olive oil, for frying
- salt
- pepper
Recipe
- 1 heat 1 tbpsn olive oil in frying pan and cook the lamb with a pinch of salt and pepper until browned.
- 2 lower the heat and add the garlic, cumin, chili and tomato juice, cook for a minute or until dry and allow to cool.
- 3 split the dough into four portions and roll each into a 30cm circle.
- 4 place 1/4 of each fetta, mince, spinach on one half of each circle.
- 5 fold the dough over and seal the edges with a fork.
- 6 preheat a large frying pan. brush one side of the gozleme with olive oil and cook that side down. repeat with the other side cooking until both sides are golden.
- 7 eat!
