Lana's Macaroni Salad

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 30 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 12
  • 1 lb elbow macaroni
  • 3 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
  • 4 stalks celery, diced
  • 2 carrots, grated
  • 1/2 medium onion, finely chopped
  • 1 1/2 cups frozen peas
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons mustard (regular yellow)
  • 1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
  • 1/2 tablespoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

Recipe

  • 1 cook elbow macaroni according to package directions, rinse in a colander and let cool. mix all ingredients together and let chill for a few hours.
