- 3 cups water
- 1 cup cornmeal
- 1 teaspoon salt
Recipe
- 1 mix all ingredients together.
- 2 bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
- 3 cover& simmer 10-20 minutes (low heat).
- 4 pour into a loaf pan.
- 5 cool and then cut into thin pieces.
- 6 fry till golden brown on both sides.
