Ingredients
- Servings: 6
- 4 egg whites
- 24 'jatz' biscuits or 24 other crackers, crushed
- 1 cup caster sugar
- 115 g pecans, finely chopped
Recipe
- 1 beat egg whites till very frothy.
- 2 gradually add sugar.
- 3 beat till mixture is stiff and shiny.
- 4 fold in crushed crackers and pecans.
- 5 cook in greased 9 inch pie dish.
- 6 bake at 160 c for 40 minutes.
- 7 cool totally then refrigerate.
- 8 top with whipped cream and serve.
