Strawberry-rhubarb Crumble

Ingredients

- 1 cup melted butter
- 1 cup flour
- 3 cups rolled oats
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 2/3 cup brown sugar
- 3 cups chopped raw rhubarb
- 3 -4 cups sliced fresh strawberries
- 1/2 cup sugar
Recipe
- 1 pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
- 2 combine melted butter, rolled oats, 1 cup of flour and brown sugar.
- 3 firmly press 3/4 of crumb mixture into a 9 inch pie plate.
- 4 cover with rhubarb and strawberries.
- 5 combine sugar and 3 tbsp of flour. sprinkle over rhubarb.
- 6 cover with remaining crumb mixture.
- 7 bake at 350 degrees for 30 - 40 minutes.
