Culinary Class Pizza Dough (easy)

Total Time: 1 hr Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 45 mins

Ingredients

  • 2 teaspoons dry yeast
  • 1 pinch sugar
  • 1/4 cup warm water
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Recipe

  • 1 combine yeast, water, and sugar. add water, stir completely, and let sit.
  • 2 combine other ingredients.
  • 3 combine all ingredients.
  • 4 knead dough.
  • 5 let dough rise in a 170°f oven for 20-30 minutes.
  • 6 roll out dough, top with pizza toppings, return to 475°f oven for about 15 minutes.
