Ruth's Corn Souffle

Total Time: 35 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 1 (15 ounce) can creamed corn
  • 1/2 cup yellow cornmeal
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1 can diced ortega green chili

Recipe

  • 1 combine all ingredients in a bowl.
  • 2 pour into a 9x13 baking dish.
  • 3 bake in a 350 degree oven for 30 minutes or until a knife inserted comes out clean.
