Low Fat Fettuccine Alfredo

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 1 (1 ounce) package fat free cream cheese
- 3/4 cup parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup nonfat milk
- 8 ounces soy fettuccine, cooked and drained (or any soy pasta i guess)
Recipe
- 1 in saucepan, stir together cream cheese, parmesan cheese, butter, and milk over low heat until smooth.
- 2 add fettucine, toss.
- 3 hint: add olive oil to water you're cooking pasta in and when you drain pasta, rinse with cold water.
- 4 do not overcook soy pasta!
