Kraft Chicken With Tomatoes & Feta

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 teaspoon oil
  • 4 small boneless skinless chicken breast halves (1 lb.)
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 (14 1/2 ounce) can italian-style diced tomatoes, undrained
  • 1/4 cup kraft greek salad dressing
  • 1 lemon, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup athenos crumbled feta cheese with dried basil and tomato
  • for garlic lovers add 1 minced garlic clove with the tomato

Recipe

  • 1 heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. add chicken and onions; cover. cook 10 to 14 minute or until chicken is done (165ºf), turning after 6 minute remove chicken from skillet; cover to keep warm.
  • 2 add tomatoes, dressing and lemons to onions in skillet; cook 4 minute or until heated through, stirring frequently.
  • 3 return chicken to skillet. spoon sauce over chicken. cook 1 minute or until chicken is heated through; top with cheese.
