Spinach Feta Balls

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 25 mins

Ingredients

  • 2 (10 ounce) boxes frozen chopped spinach
  • 2 cups seasoned stuffing mix (pepperidge farms)
  • 2 tablespoons onion powder
  • 7 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup feta cheese
  • 1 tablespoon dill
  • 1 tablespoon garlic
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 tablespoon accent flavor enhancer

Recipe

  • 1 defrost and squeeze all water from spinach.
  • 2 mix everything together in kitcheniaid mixer with beater attachment not whip (or by hand really well).
  • 3 roll into 1 inch balls on an greased sheet pan.
  • 4 bake 20-25 minutes at 350.
