Spinach Feta Balls

Ingredients
- 2 (10 ounce) boxes frozen chopped spinach
- 2 cups seasoned stuffing mix (pepperidge farms)
- 2 tablespoons onion powder
- 7 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
- 1 cup feta cheese
- 1 tablespoon dill
- 1 tablespoon garlic
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 tablespoon accent flavor enhancer
Recipe
- 1 defrost and squeeze all water from spinach.
- 2 mix everything together in kitcheniaid mixer with beater attachment not whip (or by hand really well).
- 3 roll into 1 inch balls on an greased sheet pan.
- 4 bake 20-25 minutes at 350.
