Ingredients

- 1 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 egg, mixed with
- water
- 4 pre- cooked chicken breasts, cut into cubes and put into batter
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
Recipe
- 1 drop each chicken chunk into hot oil and fry until golden. takes about 6 minutes.
- 2 serve with rice or noodles.
