Low Fat Ranch Dressing

Ingredients
- 3/4 cup low-fat buttermilk, well shaken
- 2 tablespoons low-fat mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons nonfat sour cream
- 1 tablespoon packed fresh basil leaf, minced
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh chives
- 2 teaspoons vinegar
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1 teaspoon fresh thyme leave
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
Recipe
- 1 blend all ingredients in a blender or food processor until smooth.
- 2 add salt and pepper to taste .
- 3 dressing keeps, covered and chilled, 1 week.
