Low Fat/low Sugar Banana Bread

Ingredients
- 2 cups whole wheat flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 cup applesauce
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 2 1/3 cups bananas, mashed overripe
